Can I access the lake during my sauna session?

Our lakeside saunas include access to a dedicated dipping area in our man made lake. Whether you want to cool off or enjoy some cold-water therapy, the lake is there for you to unwind.

What Facilities are available?

We provide well-equipped changing rooms with showers for your convenience.

After your sauna session, refresh yourself in our facilities before continuing your day feeling rejuvenated.

Is there a limit to how long I can stay in the sauna?

Each sauna session lasts 55 minutes, ensuring a relaxing experience

If you wish to extend your time, you can book additional sessions based on availability.

Are swimwear and towels provided?

You should bring your own swimwear, water bottle towel, and flip flops for the ultimate comfort during your session.

Can I make a reservation for a private sauna session?

Yes, you can! We offer private sessions for a more personalized experience.

Simply select the private session option during the booking process, and let us know your preferred temperature for an exclusive lakeside retreat.

What are the age limitations on the sauna use?

• Under 12 must be accompanied by an adult parent or legal guardian at all times.

• Under 16 must be accompanied by an adult parent or legal guardian.

• Under 18 must have a written permission to visit the sauna and Waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian.

What's your cancellation policy?

To cancel or reschedule your booking, please e-mail us your booking details with cancellation in the e-mail subject line.

Cancellation times for refunds or credit for our sessions are as follows:

• 3 days (72 hours) notice: full refund or full credit.

• 71 to 24 hours notice: full credit only.

• less than 24 hours / “no-shows”: no refund or credit.

• We regret that we cannot give a refund or credit if it is less than 24 hours notice.

• We do not refund “no-shows”.

• If due to unforeseeable circumstances we need to cancel your session, you will be notified by e-mail and will receive a full refund or credit.

• We reserve the right to make changes to the schedule at short notice.

Lagoa Mercury Saunas operators reserve the right to refuse admission to intoxicated persons or for other reasons that may be deemed a health and safety risk. Refunds will not be offered to anyone refused admission.
